Office of Student Accounts


Our primary function is to process and maintain financial records related to the student’s account. This includes depositing student payments, approving Falcon Loans, and applying various scholarships, grants, waivers, and third party billings including the Florida Prepaid College Plan.

We also provide information regarding student account charges (ie. tuition and fees) and disbursements (ie. refunds, book vouchers, and Federal Direct Student Loans).

Important Dates for Spring 2012

Falcon Loans
Begin November 11, 2011 and continue while funds last

Book Vouchers and Book Deferments
Spring A -  January 5, 2012 through January 26, 2012
Spring B -  February 27, 2012 through March 23, 2012**
**Book Deferments on the Daytona Campus will be
    located in the Office of Student Accounts in 
    Wetherel Center (Building 100) Room 102.
**Book Vouchers on the Daytona Campus will be
    located in the lobby of the Bergengren Hall
    (Building 110)

Federal Direct Student Loan Disbursements
Spring A -  Feb 10 for previous borrowers
Spring A -  Feb 24 for first time borrowers
Spring A -  Mar 30 for second disbursements
Spring B -  Apr 6 for previous borrowers
Spring B -  Apr 27 for first time borrowers
Spring B -  Apr 27 for second disbursements

Finacial Aid Refunds
Spring A - February 10, 2012 by 6:00 pm
Spring B - April 6, 2012 by 6:00 pm
Thereafter, refunds are processed weekly on
Fridays by 6:00 pm.
