Calendar of events at Daytona State announced for May 2012

DAYTONA BEACH, FL (April 9, 2012) - Daytona State College presents the following calendar of events for May 2012.

Events are open to the public and free of charge, unless otherwise noted.

Cafe 101

Places to eat on Campus

May 1 - 15, 11:30 a.m./noon (lunch: Monday – Friday), & 5:30/6 p.m. (dinner: Wednesday only)
May 29 - 31, 11:30 a.m./noon (lunch: Monday – Friday), & 5:30/6 p.m. (dinner: Wednesday only)
Café 101
Serving lunch Monday through Friday and dinner on Wednesdays. For $11 (including tax), lunch patrons receive an appetizer, entrée, dessert and beverage. Vegetarian meals are available by request. Gratuities are welcome and help fund student scholarships. Credit cards are accepted at Café 101. The charge for dinner is $15. Café 101 is open to the public; however, seating is limited and reservations are required. SMP - DINNER & A MOVIE (WEDNESDAYS)
Café 101 will be closed from May 16 through May 25 and from August 12 through September 5.  It also will be closed each Friday between May 29 and August 10.  During that time, Café 101 will be open Monday through Thursday for lunch and Wednesday evenings for dinner.  Café 101 will resume its five-day-per-week schedule on September 6.

Coffee Shop
Stop by and see what's brewing at the Coffee/Bakeshop, in the main lobby of building 1200. Visitors will be tempted by a variety of freshly baked cookies, pastries and special confections; not to mention coffee, teas and lattes at unbeatable prices. Stop by and see what’s brewing!
