The most important component of quality child care is the choice of staff. Here at the Lab School, we pride ourselves on our selection of teachers whose special sensitivity to children is unmatched. We employ only teachers who are warm, positive and nurturing. who understand child development, who can apply their knowledge in a classroom setting, and who respect each child as an individual.
Continuing education is mandatory for our teachers. Every staff member attends workships and/or conferences relating to early childhood throughout the year.
All teachers are evaluated by an administrative team to ensure the children in their care are being provided developmentally apprpriate experiencs in an accepting, warm environment.
