As Nick enters his fourth season as a member of the Falcon Coaching Staff he will continue to be responsible for working with the infielders and will assist with the hitting. In addition to his on-field duties, Nick will also head the local recruiting for Volusia and Flagler counties. For the 2011-2012 season, Nick will remain as Head Coach of the Developmental Team.
Coach Luppino joined the Falcons after spending one season as an assistant coach at Austin Peay State University, where he was responsible for working with the infielders, hitters and coaching third base. Prior to A.P.S.U., the Ft. Lauderdale native spent three years as an assistant at his Alma matter Palm Beach State.
Nick, 28, has also been the head coach of two summer ball clubs, the Nashville Stingers of the Sandlot League, Palm Beach Post 12. Nick also served as camp director for his father Richard, helping to run United Sports Academy.
Kyle Dahl

Kyle Dahl is entering his first season as a member of the Daytona State coaching staff. Coach Dahl will be in charge of the catchers and coaching first base for the Falcons. Kyle will also assist Head Developmental team Coach Nick Luppino with the 2011-2012 Devo squad.
Kyle graduated from John I. Leonard High School in Greenacres, Florida in 2006.
Coach Dahl returns to his Alma Mater, Daytona State after being a player here in 2007 and 2008. Kyle was a Community College all-star and a member of the 2007 Conference championship team.
After Daytona, Coach Dahl transferred to the University of North Florida where he played for Head Coach Dusty Rhodes as well as Head Coach Smoke Laval.
He graduated in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in English.
